Ultimate Frisbee Coach

Job Summary

The Head Coach for the Women's Ultimate Frisbee team is responsible for the team's day-to-day operations, including practice and competition planning, budget management, and adherence to Club Sports policies. They schedule practices and competitions, create practice plans, coordinate travel arrangements, manage the team's budget, order equipment and apparel.

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree

3+ years in a head coach ultimate frisbee position at the high school or collegiate level. Strong leadership experience required.

Well-developed communication skills.

Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.

Excellent computer and organizational skills.
