Head Coach Men's Lacrosse

Job Summary

The Men's Lacrosse Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the men's lacrosse program. This includes recruiting and selecting qualified student-athletes, ensuring compliance with NCAA, Skyline Conference, and college rules and regulations, and upholding the mission and the Athletic Department.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of coaching and recruitment experience in college setting preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and leadership, with a high standard of personal conduct and integrity.
5. Ability to work independently.
