Assistant Coach Track & Field/Cross Country

Job Summary

As a Assistant Coach, your role is to support the head coach and work under the supervision of the Director of Athletics. Your responsibilities include recruiting and maintaining an appropriate number of student-athletes, promoting graduation among team members, achieving a competitive win-loss record, and ensuring the team's eligibility compliance with NJCAA rules.

Qualifications:

Associate degree required.

Three (3) years' experience in coaching preferred at the college level.

Playing experience required.
