Associate Head Coach - Cross Country/Track & Field

Job Summary

The Associate Head Coach for Cross Country and Track & Field programs in a full-time, 12-month role. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring distance runners, aiding in recruiting, academics, fundraising, and event coordination, maintaining NCAA compliance, supporting the Director.

Qualifications:

bachelor's degree

3 - 5 years of previous collegiate coaching experience with the post position.

Strong knowledge and coaching ability of middle distance and distance event groups to improve the performance of these student athletes.

Knowledge in the following areas is preferred

Microsoft Office, athletic video and performance review software (i.e. Hudl, Synergy), social media platforms, and recruiting software (i.e. Frontrush).
