Digital Marketing Lead

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: On-Site in McKinney, Texas / Travel occasionally required

Compensation: Negotiable

Essential Requirements:

• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales across various channels; requires collaboration with multiple team members

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize knowledge and experience within all forms of digital marketing, including social media, email newsletters, paid ads, SEO, and more.

• Content Creation: Manage, create, and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This could include photos, videos, copywriting, and more. Ability to capture and produce appealing photos and videos to showcase our brand, apparel, partners, vendors, team members, and more.

• Social Media Management: Oversee the daily management of our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and high engagement across all platforms.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of marketing campaigns and social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community of volleyball enthusiasts and customers to drive engagement  and foster brand loyalty.

• Passion for Volleyball or Sports: Demonstrate a genuine passion for volleyball or sports, leveraging this enthusiasm to enhance our brand's presence within the volleyball community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.

• Strong understanding of digital & social media marketing strategies and best practices.

• Proficiency in content creation tools and software.

• Established track record in managing and growing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Passion for volleyball or sports, with a deep understanding of the volleyball community.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule & Availability:

• Monday - Friday

• Weekend availability required

Work Location:

• On-Site in the REN Athletics HQ / Warehouse in McKinney, Texas

• Travel occasionally required for capturing photo and / or video content
