Baseball Event Intern

Assist in the planning and coordination of baseball events, including tournaments, showcases, and promotional activities. 

Support the logistical aspects of event setup, including venue preparation, equipment management, and signage placement. 

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including event vendors, sponsors, and participants, to ensure smooth event operations. 

Provide on-site support during events, including attendee registration, information dissemination, and customer service. 

Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, compiling event reports, and analyzing key performance metrics. 

Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the overall attendee experience and event impact. 

Assist with data research and data collection 

Support with marketing through social media, email marketing, influencers and ambassadors, promotional videos, sponsors, community engagement, etc. 

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to sports management, event planning, marketing, or a related field. 

Passion for baseball and a basic understanding of the sport's rules, terminology, and culture. 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. 

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. 

Prior experience in event planning, sports management, or customer service is a plus, but not required. 

Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. 

Opportunities for travel may be available, depending on the scope of events and organizational needs.
