What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and English-speaking coach to join our team. You’ll primarily work with youth athletes but also play a key role in developing and expanding our adult coaching programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for athlete development.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification in Athletics, Cycling, Running, Swimming and/or Triathlon, or relevant sports coaching (e.g., Level 1/2 World Triathlon Coach, World Athletics Coaching License, etc.).
• Proven experience coaching youth athletes, with additional experience in adult coaching.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, TrainingPeaks, and Zwift software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Cantonese and Mandarin as an additional language is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to design and deliver structured training programs tailored to individual and group needs.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage youth athletics and triathlon coaching programs, including Track & X Country running, Aquathlon, Open Water Swimming, and Cycling sessions.
• Design and implement engaging and effective training plans for athletes of various levels.
• Assist in building and expanding the adult coaching program, including creating structured monthly training schedules, group sessions, and individualised plans.
• Facilitate athlete tracking and progress using tools such as TrainingPeaks and Zwift.
• Perform administrative duties, such as program planning, event management, and athlete communication.
• Serve as a mentor, encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive mindset in your athletes.
• Assist with any events hosted by 26 Coaching.
• Collaborate with our team of expert coaches to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all athletes.
