Job Summary

The position will be in charge of handling all the facets of People Management to support the Networks.

Duties

Understand key business initiative to support and align the requirements of People Management
Contribute to business strategies by helping the leaders
Supporting the divisional leaders to forecast and plan talent pipelines
Engaging and consulting with senior leaders
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Completed 2 years of college coursework
Sports/Entertainment experience
Program development and implementation experience
Strong quantitative ability
Can work on flexible days/hours
