Job Summary

The position entails the task of giving administrative support in the daily duties for 3 SVP executive level in the department of Marketing Partnerships.

Duties

• Scheduling and maintaining of the calendar of appointments/meetings and travel itineraries for SVP
• Answering and screening phone calls to SVP while attending to other tasks simultaneously
• Tactful handling of queries to be referred to designated party
• Regular expense report preparing
• Serving as liaison between SVP and their direct reports
• Handling of various tasks and situations
• Inventory ordering and maintaining
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of administrative experience
• Experience in supporting Senior executives
• Strong skills in MS office
• Strong organizational/communication skills
