Job Summary

The position will be in charge of promoting a positive guest/client experience while upholding the commitment of Circle of Service standards and MSG's Mission and Values.

Duties

• Keep professional presence, manner, appearance all the time
• Ensuring to arrive on time during the shift
• Checking of aisles, rows, seats before the house opening
• Welcoming of the guests to MSG Chicago Theater
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer service and communications
• Can work well with large crowds
• Comfortable with heights/heavy lifting
• Can work in varying days/hours
