Corporate Partner Services Coordinator

Job Summary

As the Corporate Partner Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be supporting the Partner Services and Marketing teams in their work with Corporate Partnerships.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of Corporate Partner Promotions during game days; 
• Take game day photos and maintain accurate image library of proof of performances for partner annual reports; 
• Manage all advertising assets for partner promotions, including the social media calendar for partner sponsored content;  
• Assist with ticket delivery and execution of hospitality events; 
• Prepare and execute non game day events for Corporate Partners; 
• Manage the compilation of The Dirt, our game day program; and
• Maintain a high standard of integrity during the sales and service process with each Corporate Partner or Potential Corporate Partner

 Requirements and  qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to manage relationships with partner organizations and work well with a variety of teams across the organization
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
• Capacity to work flexible hours including weeknights, weekends and holidays
