Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Job Summary

• Creation of new corporate partnerships including: Proposals, planning, execution, customer service, and proof of performance 


• Prospecting new sponsorship leads and developing relationships with current clients 


• Meet with clients prior to season to set up activation spaces and expectations 


• Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals 


• Contribute to the team growth in all ticket sales 


• Creatively developing new ways to boost attendance and activate sponsorship elements 


• Conduct Pregame walk through of game script, suites, concourse, and club spaces to ensure proper activation 


• Take photos of activations to provide proof of performance 


• Gather notes and provide a recap of the game, as applicable 


• Minor League Baseball responsibilities related to stadium and promotional operations including but not limited to pulling tarp, moving furniture, wearing a mascot suit, or other important team activities 


• Other duties as assigned 

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 


• 1-3 Years of experience in Sales 


• Excellent communication skills 


• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Sportsdigita experience preferred 


• Competence with multi-tasking and meeting short deadlines on a regular basis
