Job Summary

 

 

The position will be helping the front office staff of the team in all user support needs and helping for spring training facility, events and game days as required.

 

Duties

  • Helping in all IT initiatives
  • Troubleshooting of software/hardware issues
  • Helping in desktop/server deployments as needed
  • Managing and maintaining KACE help desk software solution
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • CIS/MIS/IT AA Degree preferred
  • Currently undergraduate of CIS/MIS Major is a plus
  • Support knowledge of Windows XP/7/8/10
  • MS office/365 suite products knowledge
