Job Summary
Position Overview
The Coordinator of Creative Projects is responsible for multi-functional duties across creative services and administration.
Key duties will encompass management of the work order system, project management, guiding select creative service projects in tandem with the design, video, and animation team, and photography support across identified organizational needs.
Additionally, you will support the SVP of Brand Management with coordination of day to day responsibilities, including administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Individual project and task management across creative services and in support
- Operation of the Work Order system including internal and external project management, trafficking, documentation, leading the weekly creative work order meetings, provide project status updates, and adherence of timelines
- You will identify and implement new digital management systems/software, identify and incorporate process efficiencies, and complete detailed follow-up to ensure completion of deliverables and appropriate use of resources
- Participate in ideation sessions and all department meetings as well as capture recap notes
- Creative strategy and project follow through on select graphic, print, and video projects
- You will provide organizational wide photography support
- Perform complex and confidential administrative functions including, but not limited to, building presentations, organizing confidential files, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with monthly corporate credit card reports
- Assist with coordinating travel and meetings
- Assist with game night and event responsibilities
Required Skills, Experience and AbilitiesTo perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or related business degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to shape research, data, and collected intel into strategy
- Strong research ability
- Ability to navigate and understand team databases
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

- Strong computer skills – proficient in all Microsoft Office software programs
