Job Summary


 
Core Responsibilities:

  • Key player in fulfilling multiple client/brand relationships, ensuring deliverables are met, while growing professionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure key stakeholders (internal and external) receive ongoing and frequent communication. 

  • Be the public face at various national cycling events ensuring that all client needs are met. 

  • Responsible for managing activation budgets and providing current and ongoing forecasts as needed.

  • Maintaining deliverable tracking, invoicing and fulfillment documents.

  • Work closely with cross-functional team members across the following departments: Events, Elite Athletics and Commercial Team.

  • Conducting the logistics of organizing client meetings and onsite activations at events as needed. 

  • Ensure that clients maintain a strong connection through regular meetings, conference calls and written communication.

  • Identify ways to develop creative sales strategies for sourcing and identifying high quality partnerships for the organization.

  • Craft and develop marketing sales proposals and presentations for potential partners.

  • Perform these above and other duties as assigned.

 
Job Specifications:

  • Generally requires 2-3 years related experience in a sales environment

  • Work background in a sport or endurance sport environment

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Sales Force or Marketo

  • Willingness to work non-traditional work hours including some weekends and holidays
