Job Summary
Core Responsibilities:
- Key player in fulfilling multiple client/brand relationships, ensuring deliverables are met, while growing professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure key stakeholders (internal and external) receive ongoing and frequent communication.
- Be the public face at various national cycling events ensuring that all client needs are met.
- Responsible for managing activation budgets and providing current and ongoing forecasts as needed.
- Maintaining deliverable tracking, invoicing and fulfillment documents.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members across the following departments: Events, Elite Athletics and Commercial Team.
- Conducting the logistics of organizing client meetings and onsite activations at events as needed.
- Ensure that clients maintain a strong connection through regular meetings, conference calls and written communication.
- Identify ways to develop creative sales strategies for sourcing and identifying high quality partnerships for the organization.
- Craft and develop marketing sales proposals and presentations for potential partners.
- Perform these above and other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Generally requires 2-3 years related experience in a sales environment
- Work background in a sport or endurance sport environment
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Sales Force or Marketo

- Willingness to work non-traditional work hours including some weekends and holidays
