Job Summary

Job Summary: The Player Relations Intern is a part-time, paid internship that extends through the entire 2019 Team’ season into early October. We are looking for someone who is both passionate about the sport and our team!             

Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring incoming/outgoing documents 
• Managing all aspects of incoming fan mail and Players’ fan mail received by the department
• Opening, sorting, organizing and distributing mail
• Ensuring that mail items associated with former team players are distributed with outbound mail
• Providing assistance to the department by assembling and distributing items such as goody bags and special requests
• Assisting with answering and appropriately responding to phone requests and departmental inquiries
• Assisting with special projects and departmental duties

Qualifications: 

• Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
