Job Summary

Job Summary: The Donations Intern is a part-time, paid internship that begins in February and continues through the entire 2019 baseball Team’ season into early October. We are looking for someone who is passionate about baseball and interested in learning more about the behind scenes process that goes on with our team and its players!

Job Responsibilities: 

• Managing incoming mail
• Monitoring incoming/outgoing documents
• Inputing required data into the tracking system, followed by mailing out information to approved donation recipients
• Responding to all inbound requests 
• Organizing and maintaining autographed inventory
• Assembling and distributing items such as goody bags and special requests
• Assisting with answering and appropriately responding to phone requests and departmental inquiries
• Coordinating and distributing Commissioner’s Community Initiative tickets

Qualifications: 

• Strong oral and written communication skills
