Facilities Repairman

Job Summary

The position will be supporting in repairing and maintaining Pistons areas in the Pistons Performance Center and Little Caesar's Arena.

Duties

• General repairing and maintenance.
• Coordinating of vendor/contractor visits
• Landscaping and snow removal on property
• Supporting of tenant spaces
• Helping in the operation of BAS and Energy Management systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of large facilities work experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal
• Detail oriented and good time management skills
