Job Summary

The position will be in charge of the identification and recommending of training initiatives and other engagement tasks for the company.

Duties

• Helping to coordinate/plan/schedule of training and development opportunities
• Serving as coordinator for IMS and serve the external organizations as well
• Helping to plan and execute recognition events for part time/full time members
• Help in coordinating and executing of team member engagement
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong skills in communications/interpersonal
• Computer literate with MS office experience
• Survey software experience
