Job Summary

Job Summary: The candidate will assist in prior planning for our mall store structure. The Merchandise Coordinator will direct on-site coordination of the set-up of the Mall. The candidate will direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in onsite sales. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Being present throughout the duration of the event
• Implementing and managingnpolicies and procedures associated with the store personnel
• Overseeing proper care of all store equipment is maintained and cleaned prior to the start of the event
• Displaying merchandise in the store
• Hiring and managing any/all extra support staff to assure maximization of sales within the store
• Organizing all store equipment during the course of the event
• Assuring the store is "open for business" during all hours of the event 
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store equipment during the course of the event
• Overseeing the capturing of all sales records (POS) on all products sold out of the store
• Establishing inventory control measures and performing a physical inventory of the store at the conclusion of the event
• Packing merchandise and displays of the store for transportation at the conclusion of the event
• Communicating information to Merchandise Manager and Program Team

Qualifications: 

• Completion of an Associates or four year college degree
• Expert knowledge on structure and plan-o-grams of  merchandise
