Job Summary

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Intern for our Communications department. The candidate will be actively involved in all of the processes and procedures involved in managing the videography of the team.

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications: 

• College or professional sports media experience 
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign software
• Ability to write in AP style 

Job Responsibilties: 

• Assisting media with information regarding the team
• Working with the Director of Corporate Communications on all PR for events
• Setting up player interviews with local media and TV networks
• Updating daily news clips and entering them into the archiving system
• Distributing daily news clips via e-mail to team personnel and via hardcopy 
• Formating, print and distributing League-provided statistics to coaches
• Ensuring all pertinent departmental information is packed and ready for road games
• Assisting in all aspects of the credentialing process for the pre- and regular football season
