Job Summary

The position entails the task of overseeing the external and internal requests from the support to the organization.

Duties

• Process development involving the internal/external donation requests
• Software system maintaining to track/report autographed items
• Shipping/fulfillment managing and executing
• Helping to order and acquire all required items
• Help in fundraising programs
• Relationship maintaining with the past and existing donors
• Event supporting

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sports Management or related
• Strong skills in organizational/communication/logistics
