Job Summary

A College Preparatory School in New York is looking for a Director of Athletics that will help them on their mission to educate students to discover and develop the best of who they are.

The Director of Athletics will set the athletic department's vision while ensuring it aligns with the school's principles and values. They will develop long-range and yearly budget plans for the athletic department. An additional responsibility the Director of Athletics will face is handling personnel and student issues by setting expectations to ensure appropriate actions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in athletic administration. Proven successes in strategic and financial planning are an additional qualification the school will be looking for, among many others.
