Diving Coach

Job Summary

The Diving Coach will serve as the assistant coach with primary oversight of the diving program. Some duties include:

• Planning and directing the training strategy for the program
• Establish practice, training and competitions schedules
• Coordinate team travel to competitions

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of three years of coaching and diving required
• Ability to develop student-athletes skills to maximize performance
• Strong Leadership skills
• Work well independently and in team environments
• Ability to be flexible in accepting new responsibilities
