Job Summary
The Guest Services Event Staff will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter, offering directions and sharing information while creating a world-class experience. It will be needed to keep our fans safe and informed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective oral communication and writing skills in the English language
- Ability to interact with patrons and staff in a professional manner
- Ability to be punctual and follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends and select
