The position entails the task of leading to execute and prepare for the yearly National Championships and Calendars..

Duties

• Attending to the overall budget/strategy/operations of Cycling 17+ of National Championships
• Execution of bid process and strategy
• Fostering of strong business connection with third party vendors
• Serving as Race Director when needed
• Coordinating with different event calendars
• Attending to performance development
• Direct overseeing of National Events Managers
• Managing of budget
• Plan execution for existing funds optimizing
• Strategic planning
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong skills in leadership/communications
• Good adaptability/agility
• Three years of experience in cycling event management
