Assistant Coach I, Women's Track & Field

Job Summary

The incumbent supports a Division I scholarship program, aiding in coaching, opponent preparation, and student-athlete recruitment.

Should interact with on-campus individuals like students, staff, and administrators, as well as off-campus contacts such as prospective athletes and coaching personnel from other institutions and fans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in coaching related curriculum or acceptable equivalent field.
• 1 year collegiate coaching or playing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of skills and strategies, as well as specialized knowledge of sport required.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and manuals and make administrative procedural decisions and judgments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
