Partnership Activation Intern

Job Summary

• Assist with sponsorship field days; including data entry, inventory and event setup/tear down


• Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.


• Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts.


• Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take/sort/edit photos, etc).


• Sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, and photographing events/signage.


• Strategize creative and engaging ideas that will generate revenue for the department.

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level.


• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).


• Excellent verbal/written skills


• Ability to work evenings and weekends, based on business needs


• Must be able to operate in a dynamic work environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.


• Pay close attention to detail on projects assigned.


• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with corporate partners.
