Operations Intern (Summer 2021)

Job Summary

• Assist the Director in fulfilling various travel arrangements including flights, hotels and ground transport for players, coaches, and staff


• Support the coordination of game days from an operational standpoint by aiding with event planning, setup, and breakdown


• Assist Director in tracking, purchasing, and organizing merchandise, equipment, and uniform inventory


• Promote and attend team clinics and community and promotional events


• Maintain relationships with team partners


• Assist the Director in all other tasks

• Sport Management background is preferred


• Passion for and knowledge of lacrosse and its traditions is preferred

• Efficient & effective communications skills across all mediums; ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

• Willingness to take initiative, own responsibilities, and raise standard of excellence


• Must be highly organized, resourceful, a quick learner, possess an eye for sharp attention to detail


• Presents self in a professional manner and can confidently interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts
