  • Preparing and administering of payroll
  • Helping to administer the benefits and wage of employees
  • Journal entries and forms preparation
  • Record maintaining for retirement and life insurance
  • Detailed record maintaining
  • Other related tasks


  • Strong MS excel
  • College degree or diploma in payroll or accounting
