Coordinator, Stadium Events and Operations

Job Summary


The position will take charge in providing wide range of services required for all events execution held at the Field. The main focus will be to support operations of the various departments of the organization.



  • Helping to hire and manage of game day operations
  • Game day operations team hours and budget managing
  • Scheduling and leading game day operations for home games and special events
  • Intern mentoring and ensuring to improve their professional development
  • Stadium preparation coordination
  • Helping to plan and execute all non-football events
  • Setting up and tear down of all in-stadium meetings
  • Helping to supervise third party contractors
  • Other duties as needed


  • College diploma in relevant field
  • Strong leadership/problem solving skills
  • MS office and CAD software proficiency is a plus
  • Must be passionate about football and soccer
