Workplace Support Engineer

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping the Director to ensure hardware and tech stack is being used for driving of collaboration and communication will operate at peak level securely and operationally.

Duties

• Give level 1 and level 2 Help Desk support for workstations, mobile devices, laptops
• Building, installing, troubleshooting of MAC and Windows
• Installing of software and licenses
• Deskside supporting for all hardware and software related issues
• Developing and documenting of tools/procedures
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• College diploma
• 3 years of experience leading or supervising support engineers team
• 7 years of experience helpdesk troubleshooting
• Strong skills in communications
