Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business through the sale of the season ticket, partial plan, group inventory and providing assistance with other revenue generating projects. It includes the selling of all specified seating categories through cold-calling, face-to-face appointments and networking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prospect, establish, research and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, prospecting, appointments and networking.

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and prospecting goals

Work closely with Ticket Operations and Service departments to achieve sales/prospecting goals

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
