Director of Sales

Leading Company in sports, entertainment, and lifestyle marketing and media which provides services such as sponsorship consulting, experiential marketing, content marketing, and hospitality as well as owned-and-operated live sports and lifestyle event properties and media assets has a position for Director of Sales.

 

The Director of Sales will provide overall management of all aspects of the sponsorship sales process and delegate to junior sales and sales support team members as appropriate.

 

Responsibilities of the Director of Sales Sales Prospecting, Sales Outreach, Sales Planning and Management, Reporting, Tournament Planning and Execution.

 

To apply for the position candidates must be a Bachelor’s degree holder with a Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in a commissioned sales structure, ideally in sports, media or hospitality and sales experience with demonstrated history of transactions. A successful candidate will have to be able to generate new sales leads and close sales deals, be effective in managing junior team members. 

 

In order to be successful in the position exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills are required as are confidence, pro-activeness, creativity, and a collaborative style that assimilates well within a team and the ability to work independently.
