Job Summary
The position will be in charge of the logistics, administration and operational support for the organizational training and education programs. He or she will be in charge of the daily planning, customer service, training program implementation and basic administration management.
Duties
- Producing of interactive, focused eLearning modules
- Helping in user acceptance tests for online course
- Tracking and managing of course and user information
- Performing of relationship analysis
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of non-profit experience
- Strong skills in multitasking, communications, organizational
- MS office/Google Suite knowledge
- Salesforce.com experience is a plus
