Intern, Tournament Operations

Job Summary

The position will be helping and coordinating with vendors for the set up and tear down of event.

Duties

• Developing and maintaining of new/existing databases and spreadsheets
• Receiving and managing of shipments from client and vendors (corporate account)
• Overseeing of tournament areas on event week
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 2.5 GPA with major in Sports Administration/Public Relations/Communications
• Event management experience
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Strong skills communication
