Job Summary

The position will have a direct hand in helping influence NHL Team’ ability to organize, analyze, and act on current and future data to keep the business on the cutting edge.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Build and present data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for use across the business.

Review / update current reporting dashboards in Tableau and the SQL queries that support them.

Automate existing processes to empower business units to conduct analyses.

Assist with organizing, cleaning, and managing leads and other data in our Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Support the creation and analysis of fan and season ticket member surveys.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Sports Analytics, or related field

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with data visualization, CRM, and data warehousing tools and concepts

Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, KORE Software) preferred

Experience with data science and statistical software (R, Python, SAS)

Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics
