Job Summary

Overview

• Responsible for maintaining data hygiene within the CRM database and assisting with related cleansing initiatives.
• Main responsibilities include minimizing and merging duplicates with the system, appropriately updating contact or company fields, and cleansing various lists in Excel for import to the database.
• Focus on creating an environment that maximizes efficiency for all CRM users with the goal of selling full/partial season and individual game tickets.

Duties and Tasks

• Work in conjunction with the CRM Manager to collect and organize information on fans.
• Assist in the development of internal and external data acquisition plans for various team related activities and in the implementation of those plans.
• Upload and append individual contact information into the team database.
• Execute tasks such as merging CRM records and general database hygiene.
• Ensure data standardization and accuracy.

Learning Opportunities

• Organize and interpret large data sets to ensure proper data hygiene to effectively use in sales campaigns and analyses.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics for CRM management.

Requirements

•  Must be enrolled in college, working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion to get to know team fans.
