Job Summary

 
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain functional areas of leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, dashboards and reports

  • Manage and determine requirements, processes and daily data migration

  • Make improvements to user experience and usefulness for team, based on support requests

  • Collaborate with analytics, ticketing and marketing teams to improve campaign reach and engagement 

  • Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes 

  • Act as the subject matter expert and first line of support for the business processes and day-to-day operation of infrastructure and systems 

  • Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience

 
Skills:

  • Experience implementing and utilizing Salesforce CRM software

  • Superior knowledge of CRM business processes and CRM best practices

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

  • Experience with Ticketmaster ticketing systems, including Archtics a plus

  • Strong values and leadership capabilities and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 2 - 5 years of Salesforce Administrative experience and/or other relational databases

  • The ideal candidate will understand systems architecture and database design

  • Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics administrator certification
