Job Summary

Job Summary: The Coordinator will have three primary areas of responsibility: oversight and growth of the Annual Fund (Core Values Fund), growth of the Silver and Gold levels of the corporate program and oversight of the event.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Three to five years of experience in fund development support or related area
• Utilization of Raiser’s Edge or related CRM

Job Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating the calendar of annual solicitations which will include both mail and online communications
• Managing donor lists, tracking donor responses and creating a plan for program growth
• Stewarding individual donors at gift levels via phone calls with the intent of extending their commitment to the event
• Growing Silver and Gold level corporate relationships
• Educating the chapter network about the benefits of these relationships
• Ensuring payments are made annually by the Corporate Partner
• Creating proper recognition of the donor on  website, e-newsletters and in social media outlets
• Managing calls and emails from prospective Corporate donors and determine if the relationship is in line with the mission
• Overseeing fundraising efforts working with golf course management companies on a variety of different initiatives including golf marathons
• Maintaining fundraising data information 
• Providing customer service to donors with questions or suggestions
