Job Summary

The Head Coach manages, directs, and coaches the women's soccer program. In charge of organizing training and instructing players during practice and games. Work with trainers and strength and conditioning coaches to plan pre-and post-season conditioning programs. Prepare and manage a budget, fundraise, and communicate with alumni and others.
