Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department and others in developing both print and digital work aimed at driving ticket sales, brand awareness and team relevance. 
• This includes social media content, logos, digital banners, signage and more.
• Work with the marketing department to create on-brand graphics and collateral.
• Create original and innovative work to help push the brand forward.
• Manage requests from all departments and manage flow of work to meet deadlines.
• Maintain brand standards across a variety of projects, including: website graphics, social media content, web banners, merchandise, logos, email campaigns and sales presentations.
• Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects and elevate the Seals brand.
• Use feedback from leaders to improve work.
• Support the ticket sales, corporate partnerships, game presentation and operations departments for graphic design needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• Experience with design software (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop).
• A keen eye for detail.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong communicator.
• Infectious personality, someone who brings passion and enthusiasm and shares them with staff in and out of the department.
• Priority of integrity and ethics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to achieve greatness as part of a larger team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with sporting, action sports or lifestyle brands a plus.
• Knowledge of the National Lacrosse League and the sport of lacrosse.
