Associate for Ticket Sales

 

 

Ticket Sales Associates work under the supervision of the Director of Ticket Sales to assist in generating new ticket sales leads via different communication mediums, including phone, email, and in the community at networking events.
 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate ticket sales leads and revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, prospecting, research, referrals, personal appointments and person-to-person contact at games/community events
- Implement sales plan and strategies to quickly develop a pipeline of sales prospects, aggressively advance new opportunities, close new business, and foster existing customer relationships.
 

 

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in ticket sales
- Experience in database management is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software (specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word)
