Office Staff

Job Summary

• Answering candidate questions and scheduling interviews over the phone


• Utilize software for tracking hiring progress of candidates


• Respond to candidate questions over email


• Assist administratively during interview and training sessions


• Conduct interviews for qualified event security candidates 


• Make hiring decisions based on candidate’s responses and presentation


• Explain detailed training procedures to interviewed candidates


• Other duties as needed

• Applicants must have at least 24 hours of availability each week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:45 AM - 8:30 PM


• Applicants must have availability on weekends from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Candidates must have experience with Google Docs & MS applications (Outlook, Word & Excel)


• Candidates must be dependable and display excellent communication skills


• Candidates must be guest friendly, and possess problem solving abilities


• Previous office experience is preferred
