Travel Specialist

Job Summary

The position will be coordinating all event/non-event travel of the company. He or she will coordinate all the facets of travel arrangements like flights, car rental, hotels, car services.

Duties

• Providing travel arrangements for UFC events and non-events
• Researching of travel options
• Completion of end to end reservation process
• Supporting to users of Concur Travel
• Gives proper travel arrangements for Event travel needs
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in customer service
• 3 years of experience with travel scheduling
• Customer service driven
• Strong skills organizational/attention to detail
• MS office intermediate skills
