Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Rising 2L or 3L in an accredited law school
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency in contract drafting, a plus
- Prior experience in a sports team or league office, a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing sponsorship and licensing contracts
- Creating and revising contract templates
- Applying League governing documents
- Drafting and revising League-wide memos, policies and communications
- Legal research and landscape analysis
- Other duties as assigned
