Account Executive, Group and Hospitality Sales

Job Summary

The position shall take charge in renewing group ticket accounts while also ensuring to generate new sales.

Duties

• Handling of high volume of calls for group sales
• Acting as part of Group Sales Team to work in increasing sales effort
• Meet/exceed sales goals
• Selling group ticket to new prospects
• Strong work relationship development
• Setting up of client expectations
• Lead generation
• Delivering top notch customer service
• Daily activities recording
• All other tasks as required

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ticket sales/customer service experience
• High knowledge about ticketing system (ProVenue)
• Experience in cold calling
• Flexible in varying schedule
