The position will be maintaining proper compliance related to the status of Community Foundation while providing top notch administrative support.
Duties

• Helping with auditing tasks
• Processing of all correspondence and inquiries
• Supporting of activities related to Board and Leadership Council
• Keeping and updating of calendar and schedule
• Internal database management
• Assisting to acquire the needed items for special events and others
• Managing of administrative tasks
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of applied experience
• MS office skills
• Strong skills in communications
• Good mathematical skills
• Good reasoning ability
