Job Summary
The MLB Team are seeking a Coordinator, Fan Experience Training who will assist in providing an outstanding experience for all guests attending events. Primary responsibilities will include develop and delivering training to all front-line staff, creating and operating unique fan interactive activities and ensuring all fans receive an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create quality standards of service across all departments
- Supervise Wheelchair transports and ensure we follow ADA law
- Book a variety of entertainment for spaces throughout the stadium
- Organize and implement secret shopper program
- Coordinate responses for fan feedback
- Supervise the Fan Experience elements for non-baseball events including: Enchant, Graduation, Gymnastics, etc.
- Development and coordination of stadium tours program
- Manage alcoves and development of interactive areas
- Coordinate other operational tasks as assigned
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in planning and executing events
- 1-3 years of management or training experience over front-line staff
- Experience managing and analyzing data
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays
