Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of providing the fans with top level of service professionally.

 

Duties:

  • Proactively look for ways to engage, welcome, educate and attend to questions/complaints
  • Creating and delivery of moments for the fans
  • Helping and staffing of various game day locations and deliver top notch service to the fans
  • Execution of service recovery as required
  • Distribution of pocket schedules/ticket information
  • Helping other departments as needed
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; College degree preferred
  • 3 years customer service experience
  • Strong skills communication/interpersonal/time management
  • Patient and listener
